All of the activities listed on this page have been tried out by us at Boiling Wellness. We found them enjoyable and beneficial to our mental wellbeing. In many cases, these activities have also been scientifically proven to contribute to mental wellbeing so we have included links to these studies where appropriate. For some of the activities we have tutorials made by ourselves or links to tutorials made by other people. We hope you have a go at something new. Have fun!
